Terms & Conditions
Shipping & Returns.
All items are normally shipped within 1 working day of receiving payment.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail and given an approximate shipping date.
Typically out of stock items are shipped within 10 days of receiving payment.
All shipping charges are shown on our website and are for 1st class recorded post.
If you require a faster delivery service you can opt for the next day service.
Please note: Next day means from the date shipped not from the date ordered.
Example: if your order is received before 1.30pm and the items are in stock you will recive it the next business day.
Example: if your order is received after 1.30 pm and the items are in stock it will be shipped out on the following business day.
If part or all of your order is out of stock then it will be shipped as soon as it arrives into stock on the delivery service chosen.
These sevices exclude weekends or public holidays.
Unfortunatley courier / postal services are not perfect and on rare occasions fail to meet deadlines. Whilst we understand this is extremeley frustrating
it is beyond our control and any requests for refund of shipping costs are at the discretion of the courier company. We will do our best to help you with a ny claims.
All our products are inspected before packaging so our returns rate is very low. However in the unlikeley event of a product being faulty
or damaged please contact us in writing with 48 hours of receipt with full details and we will make arrange for a Good Return Number to be issued.
Please note any items returned without a GRN will not be replaced or credited.
International Customers.
If your order is over £50.00 in value we highly reccommend you choose the insured with tracking delivery option.
There are certain countries where will not ship unless you choose this option.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Special item orders cannot be cancelled.
Prices
Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification. Once an order has been paid for no price changes will effect it.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit & debit cards via Paypal.
We do not offer credit faclities.
Returns
If an item is no longer required we may at our discretion accept returns and may be liable to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Any special order, OEM/ODM items will not be accepted for return.
Items considered to be intimate apparell cannot be accepted for return to health and hygiene. NO ACCEPTIONS.

Time Sensitive items
Certain items on our website are time sensitive such as Christmas Costumes, Halloween etc. Please order well in advance to ensure that goods reach you in good time.
We are not liable for any loss of earnings or missed dates due to late deliveries.
